And perhaps even more impressive is the ease with which you can browse the site. This is thanks to the useful floating left-hand-side bar with all the necessary links.

According to these rules, “the betting requirement for casino bonus money is 35 times the bonus amount received”. I asked customer support chat, though, and they told me that both bonus and deposit are included.
Let’s give you an example… If you deposit, say 20 euros and get a bonus of 60 euros, you will need to wager 240 worth with your 80 euros. This still does not sound that restrictive at all, being that we are talking about a 300% bonus.

This kind of secretiveness always puts me on edge. I’m sad to say that these things left me with a bad feeling about the level of Winstark Casino’s security.

Regardless of the often instant nature of cryptos, a support agent told me that withdrawal timeframes at Winstark are between 5 to 18 business days. If you ask me, I don’t think casino money transfers should ever take this long!

I contacted Winstark Casino customer service for a few questions. I did not have to wait for more than a few seconds for an agent named Jasmine to talk to me. She seemed nicely responsive and friendly and even said she’d ask the manager for a link to the casino license as requested one. Sadly, though, the manager was not available at the time.

One of the surest ways to make me anxious at an online casino is not to put any important information in the casino footer. When this is the case, you can almost be sure that something weird is up.
