BetsEdge Casino Review
This is my review of BetsEdge Casino.
When you are living dangerously, people sometimes say that you are living on the razor’s edge. That is quite a great metaphor, considering the fact that there is not a lot of room on the razor’s edge, and if you happen to fall, you are probably going to get yourself cut. Living on the bet’s edge, however, like BetsEdge Casino seemingly wants to suggest, sounds a lot less risky but still pretty exhilarating!
BetsEdge Casino has been around since 2019, which is when its creator Dama N.V. birthed it. In this review, I will tell you about my experience at the said casino!
Looks and feel of BetsEdge Casino
Not all online casinos can look great, but I would say that BetsEdge ticks this box quite nicely. Everything that you need is right there at your fingertips, whether you are using your mobile device or your laptop to play. Even the customer support link is always readily available on the right side of your screen.
If you want to get a quick glance at what BetsEdge is all about, you can do so by scrolling down the page and looking at the bottom. Here you will find all the payment methods as well as a plethora of game provider logos for you to admire.
Bonuses and rewards
I know that many of our users come to read my reviews to find out more about the quality of casino bonuses available. I have a reputation of giving it to you straight, and that is not something that I am going to be changing any time soon.
With BetsEdge, there was a 100% and a 50% deposit bonus available at the time of writing. There is one really strange caveat here, though, because from what I read in the terms and conditions, I could swear that BetsEdge has a so-called non-sticky or forfeitable bonus going on. This would have been the kind of bonus where you first play with your real money and only have to wager your bonus if you lose your real money portion first. From what I read online, many people have mistaken BetsEdge Casino’s bonus for a non-sticky bonus like this, but the support explicitly told me that this is not the case. Either the support agent was very wrong or the casino’s bonus terms are purposely supposed to mislead you.
If there was one thing that you have to like about BetsEdge, it would have to be the huge amount of games. Game providers such as Play’n GO, NetEnt, Push Gaming, Quickspin, Blueprint, Big Time Gaming and even Playtech have holed up in here with hundreds of their top slots. And, if you ever get tired of playing slots, you can effortlessly switch to the live casino side of things with Alg, Ezugi and NetEnt doing the honours.
Safety and security
BetsEdge Casino is operating under the Antillephone license, meaning that Europeans might not feel as safe here as they would like to. At least for me, a proper European license is pretty much a must—especially since there are so many online casinos available in our broad database!
Banking options at BetsEdge Casino
BetsEdge lets you fund your account with several payment methods. Services such as Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and Ecopayz are all there for you to peruse.
Rarely have I been as appalled by customer support agents as I was at BetsEdge. I had the displeasure of talking to an agent who seemed to enjoy being sarcastic and giving me weird answers. For instance, I asked him how fast the casino processes withdrawals (something that I often like to ask agents) and he simply said that they do not give time frames. On the Payments page, however, these time frames were easily found.
The other support agent that I saw was a bit nicer, but based on the unpleasant one, it would seem like BetsEdge does a bad job screening their employees. What is more, both customer support agents seemed to enjoy pasting their answers from somewhere, and sometimes the answers were not even relevant to the topic at hand.
My experience at BetsEdge Casino
To me, good customer support is the basis of any great online casino experience. I like to feel like I am properly taken care of, but at BetsEdge, I hardly felt that. The casino itself seemed nice with enough games and bonuses that could be forfeitable but then again perhaps not. But, being that the level of service was so poor and left such a sour taste in my mouth, I cannot honestly recommend playing at this casino.
