This is my review of DuckyLuck Casino.
When I was a kid, there used to be this TV commercial that got stuck in everyone’s head. The commercial was advertising a brand of children’s toys called “Lucky Duck.” I can still vividly recall the song in the commercial… In this review, however, we are going to be taking a look at a casino called DuckyLuck. Instead of ducks being lucky, we are now subjected to lucks that are ducky. Go figure…
While I have heard that DuckyLuck was released in 2020, I have no inkling as to which company it was that birthed this casino. The website simply does not divulge such information—a sign that instantly had warning signals go off inside of my head.
Next, we will dive deeper into what makes DuckyLuck tick and whether you as a fan of casinos should play there or not!
Looks and feel of DuckyLuck Casino
First up, I have to give it up for DuckyLuck’s look. The palette here is basically filled with the colors of the rainbow, which is perfect for a casino that clearly aims to give off majorly positive vibes. This is also accomplished by the inclusion of the happy duck character standing in a field of flowers and opening a chest at the end of the rainbow. This certainly is a fun-looking casino!
Even though DuckyLuck looks the part, I was not all that impressed with the website’s loading speed or the way how the casino’s automated support system forces you to jump through hoops in order to get someone on the line. More on the support later!
Bonuses and rewards
DuckyLuck is one of those casinos that are desperately looking to recruit new customers with humongous online casino bonuses. Normally, I would toast to casinos willing to put a fair share of their own money on the line, but in this case, I am not so sure… The thing that has me on the edge is the fact that DuckyLuck’s welcome offer seems too good to be true. In this industry, when something seems too good to be true, more often than not it truly is that.
First-time depositors are being offered a 500% bonus up to 500 here. Even if you only deposit 25 (which is the minimum amount), you are going to get 125 in bonus on top of your own 25—thus taking your total balance all the way up to 150. Your wagering requirement, on the other hand, will be 30 times your bonus and deposit, which, in this instance, would amount to 4,500 in wagering.
To make the bonus worse, the maximum cashout is only 10x your deposit. Thus, if you make a small deposit, you will only be playing for what is essentially a small change after your mammoth of a wagering requirement.
DuckyLuck casino claims to have over 500 online casino slots. Although this is not too shabby for an online casino, the scarcity of truly noteworthy game providers is disappointing. The only studios here are Rival, Qora, Arrow’s Edge, Fugaso, Felix, Spinomenal, Tom Horn, Saucify, and Betsoft. The latter does have some great games, but other than that, I think the selection leaves a lot to be desired.
Fans of live casino games might feel a tad let down by the fact that no Evolution Games are present here at DuckyLuck. Instead, the studio responsible for all the live casino tables is called Fresh Deck Studios. It must be fresh, all right, as this is pretty much the first time that I ever heard of it!
Safety and security
Let us face it: safety and security are seemingly at an all-time low at DuckyLuck. In a few moments, I will share with you the outrageous customer support exchange that I had with a DuckyLuck agent… Before that, though, I must say that the lack of transparency from the site is extremely concerning as well. There are no mentions of any licenses or companies anywhere on the site. That is a cause for concern!
Banking options at DuckyLuck Casino
Visa, Mastercard, Ria, Remitly, MoneyGram, Bitcoin, and PremierPay can all be used to fund your account at DuckyLuck. And, if you believe the customer support agent, withdrawals are usually processed within 72 hours.
I had one of my most outrageous customer support experiences ever at DuckyLuck. When I asked a chat support agent about the casino’s licensing situation, he actually claimed that the casino has a license from Malta. When I asked why this license was not displayed on the site, the agent just told me to send them an email so that they could forward it to the management team.
There is no reason for me (or anyone else) to believe that this casino has invested thousands of euros in such an expensive license only to hide it from customers. After all, the purpose of licenses is to show people proof of the integrity of your service. Ridiculous!
My experience at DuckyLuck Casino
During my time as a casino critic, I have rarely been lied to by customer support agents. Because of that, and the abhorrent bonus rules, and the lack of top-tier games and licenses, I recommend you to pick another brand from our long list of fine online casinos!
