This is my review of Bizzo Casino.
I know what you are thinking: What exactly is a Bizzo Casino? I know, I know—I think about online casinos names all the time as well! Thus, I commenced on a search for what this name could mean.
What I found out was that the word “bizzo” could have several meanings—and none of these resembles the meaning of a similar word “bistro.” It could either be a slang word for “business” or a derogatory variant of a more well-known insult for women. Chances are that TechSolutions Group NV, the makers of Bizzo Casino, were mostly going for the former…
Bizzo Casino was released in 2021. This is my fresh take on the spanking new casino!
Looks and feel of Bizzo Casino
Visually speaking, Bizzo Casino does everything that it is supposed to but nothing more. As a long-time casino critic, I have grown to appreciate online casinos that are willing to go out there and create a show. Instead of this, Bizzo Casino is pretty much like any of your cookie-cutter brands with close to none of its own imagery. In other words, there are no mascots or anything else to make you remember this casino. The only thing that would even remotely fit this category is the logo, which obviously has the name of the casino on it.
Even though there is nothing newsworthy about Bizzo Casino’s looks or personality, at least all the basics have been done right. For instance, you can easily filter games based on the provider as well as find a quick link to casino support anytime you want.
Bonuses and rewards
At the time of writing, Bizzo Casino was just fresh out of the oven. If I understood correctly, however, this is not the reason why there were no welcome offers available for certain regions. Even so, some regions do indeed have deposit bonuses and they tend to come with somewhat lenient wagering requirements.
Instead of your usual casino bonuses, Bizzo Casino seems to mainly focus on rewarding its long-standing players with VIP gifts and presents. This is not just one of your typical VIP clubs either as there is a total of 30 levels to it. With each new level, you are getting a handful of free spins or real money for your efforts. While this is cool and all, I would have definitely wanted to see real welcome bonus packages for every region out there to incentivize players to join the casino.
On top of the VIP program, Bizzo Casino also likes holding slot tournaments with big money prizes on the line. I have never been too interested in these, but I know that there is certainly a market for this sort of thing!
Games Selection
Since there were no welcome offers available for everyone at Bizzo Casino, I was ultimately left wondering why a person not eligible for such offers would even want to register at the casino in the first place. What could be this casino’s main thing—its strong suit? I did not have to look far, however, as the casino lobby seemed to hold most of the answers to my questions.
Bizzo Casino’s game provider selection is, in one word, remarkable. I counted all the studios and found that there were 115 of them! To get to a high number like this, you can probably guess that most of your favourites—and then some—have been included. For example, major providers such as Microgaming, Nolimit City, Pragmatic Play, Quickspin, Mascot Gaming, Push Gaming, Red Tiger, Swintt, Thunderkick, and Yggdrasil are here. Then again, there is no sign of Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming or NetEnt, which kind of tells you that not all the providers are top-tier ones. Personally, I had rarely heard of providers such as Onlyplay, Mancala Gaming, Retrogaming, Spribe, and Halfpixel.
The live dealer section (also known as live casino) also consists of games from a large variety of providers—12 of them, to be exact. In addition to big companies such as Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech and Evolution Gaming, Bizzo Casino has table games from much lesser-known companies like Swintt, Absolute Live Gaming, Atmosfera, and more.
Safety and security
Bizzo Casino operates under the Curacao license, which is not much of a guarantee for ultimate safety. Since I have not seen too many other TechSolutions Group casinos either, it is difficult for me to assess just how trustworthy this brand would be. I did do a bit of digging online, though, and mostly only found good or decent opinions about the group. Typically, when there are bad things being said about a company, you do not have to search for long for those things!
Banking options at Bizzo Casino
Bizzo Casino features many banking options for its customers. Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Ecopayz, Jeton, Interac, Perfect Money, and even a few cryptocurrencies have been listed.
The support agent explained that all withdrawal requests are checked in a live queue order but that he could not give me any exact time frames.
Support
Support at Bizzo Casino is open 24/7 and seemed quite fast in answering my queries. However, the agent was not very knowledgeable about some of the working of his casino as he kept insisting that there were promotions available, although I could not see any. After a long conversation and me having to send in a screenshot of what I saw, he finally told me that at least players from Finland were not eligible for any deposit-based bonuses.
My experience at Bizzo Casino
There was a lot of confusion for me while writing this review. Much of this came because of the support agent not knowing what he was talking about. What is more, the casino’s policy of giving deposit bonuses for some and not for others was a bit weird.
For those entitled to Bizzo Casino welcome offers, this is not a half-bad online casino. For others, however, you might want to find a casino that better caters to your tastes.
Bizzo has games of 80+ providers, and it’s a great selection. Like, from Merkur to Thunderkick, it’s very different brands, if you understand what I mean.
Though, they have a long pending time. For example, the withdrawal query might be operated for up to 3 days. After that, money can go for a loooooong period through the system.
