This is my review of GetSlots Casino.
In the Bible, it says that “A good name is better than precious ointment.” While I am not exactly a religious person or an advocate for any specific religion, I do have to admit that I kind of like this proverb. To me, names have always been important, and when it comes to online casinos and brand names, they can convey a lot of emotion. In this review, I will be going over a casino called GetSlots Casino, which I do not think is the best name that you can come up with. The name simply sounds like filler—like a placeholder that you are supposed to change before going on the air…
It was Dama N.V. that released GetSlots in 2020. We will soon find out whether the casino is any good or not!
Looks and feel of GetSlots Casino
I guess you could say that some of my fears were realised when I first arrived at GetSlots Casino. The homepage lacks any real personality, which I think is in line with the throwaway name. Dark blue colours are about everything that you see here, in addition to the joker’s face from Play’n GO’s popular Fire Joker game. The casino barely even has a logo!
While I did not think much of GetSlots Casino’s appearance, I did find myself enjoying its user-friendly casino interface. Searching for games based on the provider has been made super easy, and everything that you need can be found with the snap of your fingers. As a result, the good does kind of outweigh the bad, although they still could have done more to make things look better!
Bonuses and rewards
Casino bonuses and promotions can always change at a moment’s notice, which is why I suggest that you scroll down for up-to-date information that we have posted below this review. What I found at GetSlots, however, was a three-tier welcome offer that consisted of a 100% match-up bonus, a 55% bonus, and another 100% match-up bonus. On top of these bonuses, there was also a total of 155 free spins being dealt out.
The bonus terms at GetSlots seemed okay enough, although I did not appreciate having to comb through a wall of text in order to find all the pertinent information… Why not display the terms better when you seemingly do not have anything to hide?
Games Selection
The amount of top-tier games at GetSlots cannot be overstated. Here is a list of some of the 45 (!) game providers available at GetSlots: NetEnt, Play’n GO, MicroGaming, Push Gaming, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, Merkur, Endorphina, Blueprint, Northern Lights Gaming, ELK Studios, Thunderkick, Quickspin and Red Tiger. Even between these providers, there are hundreds of great slots for you to play and enjoy!
The providers holding the fort on the live casino side of things are Evolution and Ezugi. A most comprehensive casino experience awaits even here!
Safety and security
Regrettably, GetSlots only has a license from Curacao. This means that the casino does not have to follow the typical European guidelines set by licensing parties such as the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. For a European person (a Finn) like me, this is a make-or-break type of situation as Curacao licenses cannot even ensure tax-free winnings for me.
I would very much like to see GetSlots GetAEuropeanLicense one day to ensure the safety and security of its customers!
Banking options at GetSlots Casino
The list of GetSlots payment methods goes on and on: Visa, Mastercard, Ecopayz, Bitcoin, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Qiwi, Yandex… Processing times are said to be instant on the payments page, but the support agent told me that that they do not want to tell me the exact time frames as they do not want to misinform me. This answer from them was clearly pasted from some database and not written on the spot… To me, this sounds like there could be some major delays here and there, but who knows?
Support
GetSlots Casino’s customer support is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It only took about 10 seconds for a person to serve me and start answering my questions.
My experience at GetSlots Casino
On the surface level, GetSlots Casino seems like a decent online casino to play at, but I would be lying if I told you there were not a few things that concern me. Mainly, I would like to see a European license here to make sure that the casino plays by the rules—especially after the answers that I got when asking about withdrawal speeds.
Whether you want to play at GetSlots is essentially up to you!
