This is my review of JacksPay Casino.

I am well-versed in all kinds of forms of online gambling. In addition to my love of casino slots, I have also spent plenty of time wagering money on sports betting markets, keno, table games, live casinos, and more. Video pokers, too, have been a pet peeve of mine over the years. One of the most popular video pokers ever is the game called Jacks or Better. In this game, players can get their bet back if they get a single pair of jacks, queens, kings, or aces. Perhaps it is just this game that JacksPay Casino is referring to with its name?

However, it was that JacksPay got its name, at least I can tell you that, according to my sources, this casino was established in 2020. The name of JacksPay’s creator remains a mystery, though, as this information is not available on the website… How weird!

Next up, it is time to start going over what I saw during my visit to JacksPay!

Looks and feel of JacksPay Casino

JacksPay is running on the popular Rival casino platform. Casinos on this platform do not generally look all that astounding, but they are still reasonably easy to use with easy access to customer support chat. With JacksPay, there does not seem to be a lot of work that has gone to the casino’s visuals as there is almost nothing here that really suits the theme. For some reason, there is a picture of a raging wolf on the homepage, but even that does not resonate all that well with the JacksPay theme.

Bonuses and rewards

JacksPay’s promotions area has several casino bonuses up for grabs, but the most interesting of them must, of course, be the welcome offer. New customers can get a 300% bonus up to 600 here, which, at first glance, sounds like quite a generous offer. When you factor in the wagering requirements of 30x for both the deposit and the bonus, however, it all gets into perspective. Even though your bonus might easily become huge, the flip side is that your wagering requirement will become humongous as well. Essentially, you will have to wager your deposit 120 times to be able to withdraw.

Games Selection

Unfortunately for JacksPay Casino customers, there is no way to filter out games based on the provider. Instead, you will just need to pick games from a list of around 500 slots—or use the search bar provided to you. However, this has been made tough by the fact that not too many studios have even made their way to the site. To be honest, I could only find games from Rival, Betsoft, and Saucify, whose names have all been listed in the footer at the bottom of the page.

Live casino games are also a big part of the JacksPay entertainment offering. It is a company called Fresh Deck Studios that is responsible for this section of the casino.

Safety and security

The biggest Achilles heel at JacksPay is certainly the unlicensed nature of the casino. In fact, the support agent did not even hide the fact that the casino does not have a license. Because of this, I cannot recommend playing here at all as no one is there to guarantee your safety. If any trouble were to arise, you would be on your own without anyone there to watch your six!

Banking options at JacksPay Casino

JacksPay has a weird selection of payment methods. Among the ones listed on the site are Neteller, Skrill, Bitcoin, Poli, UPayCard, Neosurf, and Paysafecard. That is all.

According to the JacksPay website, withdrawals will be approved within 48 hours, after which they will be paid out within 5 business days. I am not kidding when I say that this sounds very slow!

Support

I was able to receive great customer care from JacksPay. Most untrustworthy casinos have lousy support, but the agent serving me was a pleasant surprise. Both his answer speed and length were great.

Among other things, the agent admitted that the casino is operating without a license. He also told me that support is open 16 hours a day.

My experience at JacksPay Casino

I cannot give JacksPay Casino my recommendation. The licensing situation is simply too sticky for anyone to trust this casino. During my time as an online casino patron, I have even seen licensed casinos that seemingly try to bail out from having to pay wins to their customers, and with a rogue casino like this, there are absolutely no guarantees that you would get your just due. Winning the jackpot at a casino like this would be especially tragic…

While I cannot say for sure that JacksPay is a dishonest casino that is not to be trusted, what I can say is that the game selection and the welcome offer here are both pretty much subpar. Even these are reasons enough to go and look for a better casino from our never-ending database!

Got $625 more close to a month ago. Now waiting on $5,000.

Funds have arrived in their wallet, but they have been holding onto it for a while now.

No communication is available with them, live support is completely unresponsive. They used to respond to e-mails once in a while, but has been two weeks since any communication from them. Seems like they might not be operating anymore so would wait on depositing until something is figured out.

Still waiting on my withdrawals. Have been told I would be ” 100% paid out” but they have been putting it off saying they’ve had banking and processing issues or updating their cashier or waiting on a reup very soon”.

Have been getting those same excuses since mid April.
Little update on my end, I am getting blacklisted / banned from their site due to my abuse to their representative / my host, but as long as I’m paid my due, I agree with the conclusion.

Seems like casino is avoiding me, upon reaching someone on live chat, they immediately leave the room.

Taylor is completely ghosting me on Signal, the app we were using to communicate throughout our whole relationship. He has asked me to contact support[@]jackspay.com for anything regarding withdrawals so I’ve been doing so.

I have not received any response to any of my emails dating back to the 18th of May.

I have $9533 in pending withdrawals going back to the 1st of May. Last one being 4th of May.

At this point, I’m not being told otherwise so I’m assuming they’re withholding my withdrawals for reasons unknown to me. I have asked multiple times if I have violated any TOS or bonused abused to which was answered that I have not nor have I bonus abused because I don’t use “bonuses”. I have screenshot evidence of this just to cover my bases. In my emails I’ve been asking for any form of update so I don’t have to come to these conclusions on my own, but I’ve heard absolutely nothing back.

Update.

Taylor has reached out and said that going forward if my wagering was low like it was the past month, then going forward the withdrawal limits would be slashed / and payouts not expedited. He has sent me proof of my wagering which was 600k and one for 29k not sure which picture corresponds to a month or if it was by a weekly thing. My prior month or two months before I had wagered nearly 14 million and to my knowledge have lost a significant amount of money. Hence I played a lot more conservatively the following months to try to recoup some of the funds.

I have told Taylor to relay to management that I would be more conscientious about my wagering going forward. I have checked their BTC wallet that I’ve been receiving funds from, and it doesn’t seem like I’m the only one not getting paid. There seems to be two things that could be happening, they truly are experiencing having processor issues, or they’re not paying out. I’m not sure they only have one wallet, but checking the dates on the transaction, not too many people are getting paid at all.

Again this is SPECULATION and NOT A FACT. I have tried reaching out to their management team via EMAIL like Taylor told me to and to be patient “even if they don’t respond in the first hour you email them” , but haven’t received a response in 3 days. Taylor has asked me to confirm which email they should be expecting and I confirmed that. Taylor has said that it would be a long weekend because in Canada they have a federal holiday this weekend, so I’m assuming I won’t hear anything until Tuesday.

At this point, what I’d like from the management at JacksPay is more clear and available communication, Taylor is trying to reroute me to you guys but when I attempt to do so, there is radio silence. I’d like to know a timeframe for my remaining withdrawals, so I can hopefully get back to normal and playing. As someone who has deposited and wagered a significant amount with your guys’ casino and is being ghosted like this, I fear to imagine how the casual player would be treated.

Hope I can update this soon with a more cheerful update.

Update. My own VIP host is starting to make it seem like he is distancing himself from me, refusing to talk via messaging app that we were using and insisting on talking on live chat. He has asked me to email support[@]jackspay.com for updates when I have told him that they have not responded in 3 days.

He has priorly suggested leaving reviews to make myself heard by management and I asked him if there would be repercussions for doing so. He replied that there would not be. Upon messaging today, he has said that going forward my withdrawal limit per week was reduced and that it would be by week. Don’t know for what other reason my withdrawal limit would be cut, as I haven’t played since I’ve requested the withdrawals. Wouldn’t tell me to what my withdrawal limit has been reduced and hurried to leave the chat.

Current status is that I’m still waiting on $9033, waiting to hear back for the 3 emails I have sent them, and for an explanation for why my withdrawal limit has been reduced.

Will keep updated soon as anyone from JacksPay explains the situation because at the moment, I’m quite losing faith.

UPDATE.

After posting on these forums, I got contacted by my VIP host Taylor and was provided with the blockchain link of the transaction regarding the $500.

Shortly after, I have successfully received the 500$ that was pending since the 20th of April.

Also, in my frustration and anger I did not provide the fact that they did pay me ~ $325 on withdrawals on May 11th. Which was 3 separate transactions of ~ 250 , 50 , 30. Those withdrawal requests were from more recent dates than the 20th.

Now if we can get to the 4 remaining withdrawals I can start depositing and play again.

Thank you to the team @ JacksPay and thank you @ Taylor for being patient with my daily rage lol.

I’m having trouble reaching anyone in upper management with Jackspay or whoever is in charge of my account. I’ve been posting in LCB forums and have emailed their support team which was rerouted to upper management, they responded once but then stopped replying. I’ve had pending withdrawals since the 20th of April, and on 5/17 after a lot of complaining and finally writing a review on LCB, I was told that ONE of my 5 withdrawals has been paid. That withdrawal was 500$. Taylor (my VIP host and the one in charge of live chat) has told me that they’ve paid out the $500 from April 20th and it shows up as approved on my end when I check my history, but it hasn’t showed up in my wallet. I have triple checked my wallet address and the withdrawal address I’ve provided. I’ve asked for the transaction link on the blockchain but have not been provided by upper management. Taylor has said that he has asked upper management for the link since 5/17 but said due to a time difference he has not responded.

Little backstory with me and Jackspay, I started depositing on 8/29/21, in under a year I’ve reached over 100,000$ USD in deposits and reached super VIP status and Jacks Inner Circle 3. In return, JacksPay and management have been more than generous with their custom tailored offers. Honestly makes every penny I spent worth it. My frustration currently is that even having reached this status or amount of deposits, I’m having a hard time reaching anyone apart from Taylor and when asking why my payouts are more than 3 weeks delayed, the only response I’m getting is they’re having processing issues.

JacksPay has given me great custom offers and such but I in turn have wagered a lot with that. 13.8 million wagered in one month. Now the next two months following that was significantly fractions compared to that month, but evening it out, its still more than 4 million wagering a month. Our relationship has always been solid and so far this is the only road bump I’ve encountered and hopefully the last bump going forward.

Getting a little sidetracked now, in response to the post above, I have been able to “request” 20k+ in withdrawals, I have received $13,049 up to date, (13,549$ including the 500$ that was sent on their end, but it is missing currently.)

Also, to cover my bases I have asked Taylor over and over if my account was at any risk of being blocked for any reason whether it be “bonus abuse” or for violating any of their terms of service. He has assured me that was not the case and that the issue is with their third party processor NGT. The only reason I even bothered to come on this forum was that it seems like the only way to get upper managements attention is by doing so. I hope that the fact that a member who has reached one of their highest status / tiers has to resort to posting on a casino review forum has some effect moving forward.

Anyways, as soon as the 500$ shows up in my wallet, will update. Hope to get this all resolved ASAP.

Absolutely the worst online casino I’ve ever encountered. I registered, made a deposit, and won. Sent in all validation information and they immediately closed my account. They claimed I wasn’t the only member of my household with an account which is 100% not true. I rent, therefore I have no control over who previously lived in my home. They provided me with zero options and were rude, crude, and disrespectful. One of their additional comments is that I barely qualified for a payout anyway. We’ll barely is still enough. They clearly are con artists. I would not give any business to this casino.

Horrible. Worst ive ever encountered. I won on a no deposit bonus, cashed out the 75$ max, submitted required documents to satisfy kyc successfully, and deposited the required amount to qualify the withdrawal. That was on or around jan 27 2022. I still havent been paid nor do i have access to my account. It has been locked and customer service is rarely available during times claiming to be available and if they are available they are unable to resolve anything. Maybe 2 times have they actually assisted. Dont trust these guys they dont keep their word or care for their reputation. The time wasted trying to log in and resolve this was unplaesant but it is nothing compared to the time im going to waste writing bad reviews on every gaming review site i find. Hey there. We have chatted a few times and your account continues to go into a suspended status possibly due to a VPN you use.

We have a screenshot of the log that logs all information associated with your account. It keeps showing up as a country IP block with several different IPs which indicates VPN or travelling outside of the blocked areas. Regardless of that. We review accounts before a withdrawal is paid out. So when we see it go in and out of suspension. We had to investigate.

You need to check your BTC wallet because your withdrawal has been paid !!!

Stole my withdrawals and cancelled my account after I won. They claimed I “barely” met the rollover requirement. Basically they are a fraud and you should stay far away. I’ll do my research better from now on, it was an expensive lesson.
