These two casino bonuses obviously enticed me to go take a look at the promotions section for more details. To my surprise, however, I could not find either of the bonuses mentioned there. As a result of this, I chose to enter the site’s live chat facility for some answers.
When I asked around about the Jumba Bet welcome offers, the first agent actually transferred me to another one without saying a word. I will go into more detail about this experience under the Support heading, but long story short: no customer service agent would elaborate on the contents of either of these bonuses at all. And I guess if they are not singing the praises for them or are not even knowledgeable about them, perhaps you should just forget about them as well…

I believe I may have had the worst customer service experience that I have ever had at Jumba Bet Casino. It is not that the agents were aggressive or anything, though—they just all disappeared.
I entered the chat to ask about the advertised bonuses. The first agent transferred me to another one straight away, and I accidentally automatically closed the chat window by navigating to another Jumba Bet tab (poor design). The third agent asked me whether I had already signed up, and after I said no, he immediately stopped answering.
It would seem to me that people at this casino do not like players asking questions about the bonus offers that they so eloquently continue to advertise…
I finally asked a fourth agent and she, too, immediately transferred me to another agent. At this point, I was feeling like a ping pong ball, but the fifth agent did not answer my question either. Unbelievable.
