Jumba Bet Casino is an online casino that was launched in 2016 by Genesys Technology N.V. Operating under a Curacao license, the brand seemingly has a 200% welcome offer available to its customers.
Looks and feel of Jumba Bet Casino
Jumba Bet Casino is a peculiarly named casino. And hey, you know me—I always like to go after etymologies and name meanings. What I was able to decipher is that the word “jumba” stands for “a palace” in Swahili. Whether this is where Jumba Bet took its name, however, is beyond me…
One thing is for certain: Jumba Bet Casino has a ridiculously beautiful look. On its homepage, you will see a pristine landscape image of both a tropical paradise island and an underwater world with fish, dice, lucky sevens and a roulette wheel. It really is a sight to behold—even though the brand is otherwise mainly just pitch-black and dark.
I do not want to spoil things too much just yet, but my experience with Jumba Bet was quite the memorable one… In this review, I will spill all the tea for you!
Bonuses and rewards
Jumba Bet Casino is advertising two distinctive welcome offers on its website. Here are both of them:
1st option: 200% bonus up to 600 (bonus code: JB200)
2nd option: $50 free (bonus code: JUMBA50)
These two casino bonuses obviously enticed me to go take a look at the promotions section for more details. To my surprise, however, I could not find either of the bonuses mentioned there. As a result of this, I chose to enter the site’s live chat facility for some answers.
When I asked around about the Jumba Bet welcome offers, the first agent actually transferred me to another one without saying a word. I will go into more detail about this experience under the Support heading, but long story short: no customer service agent would elaborate on the contents of either of these bonuses at all. And I guess if they are not singing the praises for them or are not even knowledgeable about them, perhaps you should just forget about them as well…
As a European online casino player, I tend to favor online casinos that host as many European game providers as possible. Names such as Play’n GO, NetEnt, Big Time Gaming, ELK Studios, and Quickspin all have a big place in my heart after years of me enjoying their high-quality products… Suffice it to say that I was shocked to only find three lesser-known providers at Jumba Bet Casino: Saucify, Rival, and Betsoft.
While I have dabbled with some cool Betsoft slots before, I must admit that I was not all that familiar with most of the other games here… What I can recommend for aspiring Jumba Bet Casino players is to try games like After Night Falls and A Christmas Carol. Those two are both pretty nice, especially the latter-mentioned Xmas slot!
I must express some dismay towards the Jumbe Bet casino lobby as well. Finding your way around here is not exactly easy, and it does not help that there did not seem to even be a proper search bar available. To make matters worse, the site speed is very sluggish as well…
The live casino area at Jumba Bet is also a bit messy, but I could see some Evolution tables there as well for all the live dealer purists out there!
Safety and security
Jumba Bet Casino is operating under a Curacao license. As you probably know, this is far from being the best license out there. On top of this, there were some weird terms and conditions found here with maximum withdrawals being limited to only 1500 per week. That is not a whole lot if you think about it, which kind of makes me question whether the company behind Jumba even has the financial liquidity necessary to be running a gambling site like this. I am only speculating, of course, but terms such as these for casinos advertising large bonuses is not really a great look!
To make things even worse, my support experience at Jumba Bet was atrocious. More on that soon…
Banking options at Jumba Bet Casino
Jumba Bet claims to have a wide variety of banking options, but the only ones that I saw listed were credit and prepaid cards, gift cards, EMT (Interac), and Bitcoin.
According to what I read online, withdrawal times can be rather lengthy and might take up to 10 days—and cost $20 in fees!
I believe I may have had the worst customer service experience that I have ever had at Jumba Bet Casino. It is not that the agents were aggressive or anything, though—they just all disappeared.
I entered the chat to ask about the advertised bonuses. The first agent transferred me to another one straight away, and I accidentally automatically closed the chat window by navigating to another Jumba Bet tab (poor design). The third agent asked me whether I had already signed up, and after I said no, he immediately stopped answering.
It would seem to me that people at this casino do not like players asking questions about the bonus offers that they so eloquently continue to advertise…
I finally asked a fourth agent and she, too, immediately transferred me to another agent. At this point, I was feeling like a ping pong ball, but the fifth agent did not answer my question either. Unbelievable.
My experience at Jumba Bet Casino
If you read the whole review, you will know that my experience at Jumba Bet Casino was not great. I basically had to rage quit on the whole bonus thing and talking with support did not give me any solace whatsoever!
All in all, Jumba Bet Casino does not seem like the kind of casino that players really should be dealing with. Because of this, I recommend you to look elsewhere in our online casino database.
