This is my review of LevelUp Casino.
Ah, video games… How I have loved them for pretty much the entirety of my earthly existence! I especially have a soft spot for so-called RPGs or role-playing games where you usually venture out into fantasy worlds to kick some monster butts and to level up your character! Now, however, we are talking about entirely different games—and a casino brand called LevelUp!
LevelUp Casino is a spanking new brand, founded in 2020, and owned and operated by Dama N.V. True to its name, this casino puts a strong emphasis on gamification elements. And if you do not know what “gamification” means, I will be sure to educate you during this very review!
Looks and feel of LevelUp Casino
If there is one thing that Dama N.V. is good at, it must be creating online casinos that both look good and feel good. LevelUp is indeed a level or two above most other casinos when it comes to being user-friendly. Everything you need has been brought to your screen in a nice and neat format, and you can even search for games based on your favorite providers.
Even though LevelUp Casino’s homepage is mostly black, this mostly only translates to maturity and clarity—not darkness, doom and gloom.
Bonuses and rewards
At the time of writing, LevelUp Casino was offering its newest customers a huge welcome offer consisting of four match-up bonuses worth 100%, 50%, 50% and 100%, as well as 125 bonus spins. The wagering requirements for these bonuses were quite low, too, which is always nice!
On top of LevelUp’s welcome offer and regular reload bonuses and such, you can also enjoy the gamification elements that I already brought up during my casino intro. To add more color to this, I should tell you that “gamification” essentially means that you are taking part in two casino narratives at the same time. In addition to playing slots and trying to win money, you are also earning experience points as you go. These points can then lead to new level-ups and cool prizes along the way. For example, levels 2 to 6 will have you receive extra bonus spins, whereas levels from 7 all the way to 20 will net you actual money!

LevelUp Casino’s game provider list is filled to the brim with dozens of game studios looking for your patronage. Among the best here would be ELK Studios, Blueprint Gaming, Betsoft, Endorphina, Nolimit City, Merkur, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, Quickspin, Red Tiger and Yggdrasil. NetEnt, Play’n GO and Microgaming obviously would have been welcome additions, too, but even the names I already mentioned surely pack a punch strong enough to bring most of us to our knees!
LevelUp’s live casino section, on the other hand, is dominated by names like Ezugi and Evolution Gaming. Sadly, though, Evolution Gaming’s party games are missing. No Deal or No Deal, Monopoly Live, Crazy Time, or even Dream Catcher here!
Safety and security
LevelUp’s owner company Dama N.V. is licensed and regulated by Antillephone N.V. In other words, the casino does not have a European licence, which is easily the worst thing about LevelUp. Because of this, I cannot guarantee this casino’s safety, although I honestly could not find too many complaints about Dama online.
Banking options at LevelUp Casino
LevelUp has a plethora of payment methods available, ranging from credits cards like Visa and Mastercard to e-wallets and other services such as Ecopayz, Neteller, Skrill, MiFinity, Rapid Transfer and more.
When I asked support about LevelUp Casino’s withdrawal speed, I was told that “withdrawals are checked in an orderly fashion.” This seemed like a copypaste answer, which kind of tells me that the process might sometimes have some hiccups… When pressed on the subject, the agent told me they “are processed at the first-come basis.” Hmm…
LevelUp Casino’s customer support agents were fast to answer me when I contacted them via live chat. After a few tough questions, however, their speed slowed down a bit. Still, support is open 24 hours a day.
My experience at LevelUp Casino
I must admit that LevelUp Casino did impress me in some aspects. The welcome offer was a decent one and I also liked the simple interface, the gamification elements, and the varied games selection quite a lot. Then again, not having a proper license and the customer support agent’s reluctance in giving me a timeframe for withdrawals was unnerving.
Ultimately, it is you who decided where you want to play. There are hundreds of online casinos in our database!
