This is my review of LevelUp Casino.
Ah, video games… How I have loved them for pretty much the entirety of my earthly existence! Looks and feel of LevelUp Casino
If there is one thing that Dama N.V. is good at, it must be creating global online casinos that both look good and feel good. LevelUp is indeed a level or two above most other casinos when it comes to being user-friendly. I must admit that LevelUp Casino did impress me in some aspects. The welcome offer was a decent one and I also liked the simple interface, the gamification elements, and the varied games selection quite a lot. Then again, not having a proper license and the customer support agent’s reluctance in giving me a timeframe for withdrawals was unnerving.

Country Restricted
On Friday the 2 July 2021, I played baccarat in Level Up Casino and I had 3 problems with this casino in one day.
First: I bet $50 on a player, and the player won, but instead of adding to my balance, they took off $50 from my balance.
I got the screenshots of my history and it proves I am right. When I explained everything to the support team they just said the appropriate department will contact you by email and never gave me any details of that department.
After few hours on the same baccarat game, the exact same thing happened again. But this time my bet was $200 and again I provided all screenshots which prove I won that $200, but again the support team said the same things.
On the same day after 1 hour, the exact thing happened again repeat but this time the amount was $140. After my conversation with the support team (their names were Jack, Lana and Matt) I showed them all the evidence, they accepted and told me that I am right but again just said I have to wait for the appropriate department. And they don’t give me any details of the department. Just said I have to wait and they don’t know how long it takes. Now after 3 days nothing happened.
I am not happy with this casino at all and don’t trust them. More than 6 times I bet and I won that bet but the message spear to my screen which it says sorry something is wrong and your bet wasn’t accepted.
I can provide all the conversations with them which I got screenshots of them.
