This is my review of Lucky 31.
Being lucky in life is great. Many people do not even realise how much baring luck and odds have on one’s existence. I, on the other hand, have always believed that they affect us in every single thing that we do. People we meet, places we end up going to, the choices we make—all of them are at least somewhat based on luck. Even getting killed is oftentimes a matter of pure happenstance, especially when it comes to accidents and things like that…
Anyway, Lucky 31 casino’s name is basically a cute little joke on unlucky 13. This casino clearly wants to do things differently!
Looks and feel of Lucky 31
Lucky 31’s website looks pretty ordinary, but that is definitely not a bad thing. The dominant colour here is white, which makes the casino very clear and easy to look at. When you arrive at Lucky 31, you first see a huge picture with some of igaming’s familiar slot faces. I could at least recognise characters from Warlords: Crystals of Power, Wild Wild West, and Spinata Grande.
The small thing that I would like to change is the fact that Lucky 31 has no game provider search. As a fan of many individual gaming companies, I think having one would enhance the experience even further.
Bonuses and rewards
If it is bonuses you are after, you might want to take a look at the updated information that we have presented above this review. In general, though, Lucky 31 does seem to do a decent job with their bonus offering, usually having a few on-going campaigns available. The bonus terms and conditions could be a bit lighter, though, but is that not always the case?
Lucky 31 comes packed with a great many slots. The game providers featured here include NetEnt, Slotmill, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, iSoftBet, and more. Sadly, I could not get a full number of games from the casino support, but I would venture a guess that they must be somewhere in the 500 to 700 range.
In addition to all the slot machines, Lucky 31 also has all the live casino fanatics covered. Roulette, blackjack, Deal or No Deal and Football Live Studio are just a few of staples available here. Even more incredible, however, is the sheer amount of game providers working around the live casino offering. Evolution Gaming and NetEnt are the two big ones, but there are also some tables from the likes of Ezugi, Authentic Gaming, LuckyStreak, and so on.
Safety and security
Lucky 31 only currently has a gaming license from Curacao. Depending on where you are located, this might be a dealbreaker. Then again, Lucky 31 does seem like an up and honest place to game.
Banking options at Lucky 31
Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, and Paysafecard are all among the deposit methods that you can use at Lucky 31.
As always, I wanted to go undercover and try out the casino’s support system myself. I was happy to see that Lucky 31’s live chat employees answered me in a rather timely manner. I only had to wait a few seconds to get through. Support is open 13 to 14 hours a day, which is okay although not ideal.
My experience at Lucky 31
Lucky 31 is not perfect, but it is probably good enough for most of us. Just go and see for yourself!
