Playluck Casino Review
This is my review of Playluck Casino.
Playing and winning at an online casino requires two separate things. First, you need to have at least a little bit of money that you can deposit and put on the line. Second, you need to have some luck. We will call it “playluck” this time!
Playluck Casino opened up shop in 2020 and has only been around for around six months at the time of writing. Many players will instantly get a sense of familiarity as Playluck is operated by Aspire Global International Ltd—as have countless other online casinos been in the past decade or so. The brand itself, however, is owned by Infinite Vision, which means that Playluck is nevertheless not just your average Aspire brand.
Let us now shift our focus from all the complicated ownership stuff to Playluck’s contents instead!
Looks and feel of Playluck Casino
On the visual side of things, Playluck does something that I have never really been fond of. When you arrive at the casino, you will see a huge video playing on the background, spotlighting games like Gonzo’s Quest, Starburst, and Book of Dead. While I guess this can be a nice way to energise your potential customers, I generally do not like seeing these types of animated features on the websites that I frequent. After all, some older devices might not respond that well to them.
Reminiscent of all the other Aspire brands, Playluck lacks a game provider-based search, too, making it hard to find your forgotten favourites.
Bonuses and rewards
Although I sometimes find myself giving Aspire brands some bad press on certain things, there are others that I am largely in favour of. For instance, welcome offers and bonus terms at these brands are oftentimes very good when compared to the industry average. With Playluck Casino, I found that the casino bonuses’ bonus portions only needed to be wagered 35 times, which is great in my book! If you deposit, for instance, 50 and get a 50 bonus, you will only need to wager 1,750 worth, whereas the majority of other online casinos would demand you to wager 3,500 worth instead.
A good games selection can go a long way in boosting an online casino’s proverbial shares. It is not easy, however, to get to the bottom of how many games Playluck has—or what game providers are present. Judging from what I have seen, you can at least play games from NetEnt, Microgaming, Big Time Gaming, Thunderkick, Play’n GO, Playson, Betsoft, 1×2 Gaming, and ELK Studios, but there is no comprehensive list to tell you this. Overall, according to my sources, there should be about 1,000 games for you to choose from!
The live casino section could not be much better. Dozens of Evolution Gaming games are there to take your mind off of all that is wrong in the world. I would especially recommend giving unique games like Crazy Time, Deal or No Deal, Monopoly Live and Dream Catcher a try. This is the kind of entertainment that you cannot get from anywhere else except for online casinos like Playluck!
Safety and security
Being safe and secure is something that is always important, whether we are talking about having fun with friends or depositing money at online gambling websites. At Playluck Casino, it is industry giants like the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission that are making your experience safe with their licenses.
Banking options at Playluck Casino
Aspire brands are infamous for only processing your withdrawal requests on the third day of you making the request. Having said that, if you can keep your cool and not cancel your withdrawal because of getting greedy, there is no doubt that these guys will pay you your money—and they have the licenses to prove it, as noted above. Deposit methods here include Mastercard, Trustly, Euteller, Zimpler, Paysafecard, Ecopayz, Neteller and more.
Customer support at Playluck is open 16 hours a day. From what I have seen, the typical live chat reply time should generally be around 5 minutes.
My experience at Playluck Casino
Despite being an Infinite Visions brand, Playluck might as well have the name Aspire plastered everywhere. As such, it has all the positives and negatives that I have come to know from other Aspire brands. I just wish they would make their game search options better! Most of the mistakes at Playluck could have been fixed so easily.
In closing, Playluck does deserve my recommendation. This is a safe online casino with good bonuses and an army of games… I guess what more can you ask for!
