This is my review of Red Stag Casino.
Boy, oh boy… To some, I might sound like a broken record, but I always really like to talk about casino names and themes. It is not like I have ever directly worked with marketing, but I have always been interested in how global online casinos decide to market themselves. There are simply hundreds if not thousands of casinos out there and every single one of them is trying to make ends meet and turn a profit. In order to accomplish this in the modern, competitive casino landscape, entrepreneurs really need to pull some rabbits out of their hats!
I do not exactly know why Deckmedia N.V. has wanted to name their casino after a colourful deer, but I guess that is their prerogative!
Red Stag Casino came to be in 2015 and I am here to tell you all about it!
Looks and feel of Red Stag Casino
Deckmedia casinos are not always all that glitzy and glamorous, but I do have to give it up for them here. Red Stag is a ridiculously good-looking casino with its red and black colours. I have always loved how black and red look together and it is nice to see a casino company implement this too.
Visually, I think Red Stag Casino is easily one of the better casinos out there. Of course, though, it is the inside that truly counts.
Bonuses and rewards
All that glistens is not gold… That saying has rarely rung truer than with online casinos with huge bonuses. When something looks too good to be true, it probably is, and the same goes for casinos that are just pouring money onto your account. Usually, there are high wagering requirements or some other similar details that will put the ball back into the casino’s court.
If you are simply looking to play for a long time, though, Red Stag will definitely let you do that with its gigantic deposit bonuses. When I visited, customers were getting a 7-tiered (!) welcome package with deposit bonuses ranging from 100% all the way up to 275%! If you want to go for these kinds of bonuses, though, be sure to comb through the terms and conditions meticulously!
I usually jump for joy when I find an online casino with a multitude of game providers in tow. Sadly, Red Stage only has games from WGS Technology. Even though I am a huge slots nerd and a fan of novel gambling experiences, I am barely familiar with any of these slots. Still, I am sure that some readers will have more experience with them.
Thankfully, Red Stag Casino does not only dabble in slots—but they also have a bunch of table games, video powers, and progressives available!
Safety and security
My alarm bells are always going off when I find an online casino where I cannot easily spot information on the available licenses and other all-important company particulars. I think it is always safest to play at online casinos that have this stuff readily available and constantly aim to build a relationship based on trust with their customers. Deckmedia casinos have none of this info available, and not even the customer support agent could answer my questions about possible gaming licenses.
Red Stag Casino does not have a great reputation in the business, and I do not wonder why after what I have seen (or not seen) here.
Banking options at Red Stag Casino
Red Stag Casino lets its customers deposit money through various means. These include Mastercard, Visa, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard and even Bitcoin.
Live support at Red Stag is open 24/7. Contacting them is extremely fast and easy. It took me only about 30 seconds to speak with a support agent.
My experience at Red Stag Casino
I would not recommend playing at Red Stag. Despite having huge bonuses, the casino does not have the fundamentals down. According to what I have heard, safety and security seem to have been issues for some people here, with their withdrawals not being accepted due to obscure reasons. Some people might not experience such problems, but just looking at the website and the lack of transparency from their part, I do not think the company behind Red Stag is doing much to try and enhance their reputation.
