This is my review of SlotsPalace Casino.
I have been a fan of slots for ages. In fact, when I was younger, it was legal for Finnish people to play slots when they were about 16 years of age—and we had slots pretty much everywhere we went. Thus, I have a very long history with slot machines and gambling! Never have I ever played slots inside of a palace, however, which is something that the virtual customers at SlotsPalace Casino are doing.
SlotsPalace is a fairly new casino brand. It was Araxio Development N.V., a Curacaoan casino company, that created this behemoth of an online casino in 2020.
In this review, I will give you all the positives and negatives that I found during my time at SlotsPalace!
Looks and feel of SlotsPalace Casino
There are obviously numerous online casino companies in the world. Some of them have somewhat of a lousy track record with the visuals of their casinos, whereas others always put a lot of emphasis on creating websites that are as aesthetically pleasing as possible. Araxio Development undoubtedly belongs to the latter category with its wonderfully designed brands!
I guess the argument could be made that SlotsPalace Casino’s homepage could be a little less cluttered, but there is no denying that the designers have done a decent job with the colours and a palace-like atmosphere.
Bonuses and rewards
SlotsPalace is one of those online casinos that always have a few aces up their sleeve. The welcome offer here consisted of three deposit bonuses worth 100% up to 500 euro, 75% up to 300 euro and 50% up to 200 euro. The thing I did not like one bit, however, was that the wagering requirements were not listed anywhere near where the promotions section was. In fact, I could not even find them from the terms and conditions section of the page. The terms only listed a few examples of how wagering would be done with 5x wagering. I can certainly understand using such an easy mathematical example to demonstrate how things work, but you just knew that the requirements would not be anywhere near that low.
Upon contacting casino support, I was told that the wagering requirements for the welcome bonus that I saw were actually 30x for both the bonus and the deposit. It turns out these terms could also be found by clicking on “Get Bonus,” which is something that I hardly thought about.
The games selection at SlotPalace was pleasurably stacked with over 2,000 slots to choose from. Thanks to game providers such as Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Playtech, ELK Studios, Yggdrasil, Big Time Gaming, Quickspin and Nolimit City, you can be sure to find something suitable for yourself. All of these providers are known for their high-quality affairs, and there are plenty of other providers providing back-up as well! And what is more, you can even search for games by clicking on the items on the list of providers, which makes everything so much easier!
The live casino section, on the other hand, is populated by games from, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. What more could you ask for?
Safety and security
SlotsPalace does not have many faults, but the lack of a European license is an obvious one. The Curacao license is not the best way to tell your customers that they are being protected and playing in a safe environment. Fortunately for players, however, Araxio Development N.V. does seem to have quite a stellar reputation in the industry.
Banking options at SlotsPalace Casino
A bunch of deposit methods are available to SlotsPalace Casino customers. Included are methods like Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, Bradesco, Boleto and Trustly. Withdrawals are processed by the financial department within 3 business days.
For this review, I contacted SlotsPalace Casino support via live chat. It did not take them more than a few seconds to connect me with a support agent. For one reason or another, the support agent was answering me pretty slowly, though. It felt as if he was either having a meal at the same time or perhaps serving other customers in other tabs.
My experience at SlotsPalace Casino
SlotsPalace was not too shabby. Outside of not having a stronger license, I thought the casino seemed pretty good. There are certainly enough games and casino bonuses for everyone to enjoy, and the security did not seem all that bad either.
