This is my review of StayCasino.

Whoah. As you may know, I have written hundreds upon hundreds of online casino reviews for this site. At the time of writing, I should already be well above 400 reviews. During this time, I have almost always kicked off my reviews by talking about their names and what inspiration they might give me. Normally, I have been left grasping at straws because most casino names are completely bonkers and cannot really be traced back to anything meaningful. However, I am pleased to say that this was not the case with StayCasino!

At the bottom of the StayCasino homepage, the site tells that the casino’s name was inspired by the commonly heard 2020 phrase “stay home.” This, of course, was in reference to the worldwide pandemic and its perils, which none of us will probably ever forget. So ta-dah—finally I have managed to decode at least one casino’s name!

StayCasino itself was founded in 2021 by a company called Hollycorn NV. In this review, we will see whether people staying at home should still visit StayCasino or not!

Looks and feel of StayCasino Casino

StayCasino has opted to go with quite a dark colour scheme, but it has still managed to avoid the doomy and gloomy vibes that many of its peers give out. This has been done with the help of an endearing grandma character who can be spotted everywhere carrying delicious cakes. Instead of a welcome bonus, it seems this casino is calling its first bonus a welcome pie!

All in all, StayCasino is a rather user-friendly online casino with links to customer support and everywhere you want to be always readily available. What is more, there is even a nifty provider-search bar function with all of the StayCasino providers (and even some of their top slots) pictured and available!

While this must be one of the more comprehensive online casino bonuses that I have ever seen, the rules for it were a bit hard to comprehend. It would seem you need to wager your bonus portion 40 times and can only win 10 times your bonus amount. Thus, if you make the minimum deposit of 20 and get 20 in bonus money, your maximum withdrawal will be capped at only 200. This is a vitally important piece of information, but StayCasino had conveniently decided to only mention this in its separate bonus terms and conditions section…

As a rule, I would not want to redeem a bonus such as this unless I knew I was going to deposit a lot and would be playing for bigger pots as a result.

It is always fun when an online casino lets you dive into its slots selection much like Scrooge McDuck dives into his money. With StayCasino Casino, there are over 50 game studios to choose from, which should probably bring the total slot count somewhere over 2,000. Visa, Skrill, Neteller, Ecopayz and cryptos are all among the deposit methods accepted at StayCasino. In its FAQ section, the casino claims that customers will usually receive their withdrawals immediately but that it depends on the payment method. According to customer support, though, accounts will first need to be verified, which could take a bit of time.

Support

StayCasino Casino offers 24/7 support. My chat with one of the agents was kind of slow-going, though, and even the agent herself apologised for having too many chats open. It often seems to be that either you need to queue a bit to be served or you get served straight away but need to wait for every answer. StayCasino’s customer support seems to fall in the latter category.

My experience at StayCasino Casino

StayCasino is not perfect by any means. While there is a great bunch of game providers and several deposit bonuses available, I did not really like the almost-hidden maximum withdrawal terms.

Whether you want to play at StayCasino or not is ultimately your choice. In my mind, though, there are numerous other even better online casinos in our database.
