Company History
Pragmatic Solutions was launched in 2013 with an explicit mission to build an open, modular, API-based platform and are a sister company to Pragmatic Play, which supplies games to many leading casinos around the world. The PragmaticSolutions platform was designed to be scalable and flexible, allowing for easy integration of third-party products. The first Pragmatic Solutions casinos went online in 2016, and the company continued working with them to gradually improve the software. This process culminated in late 2017 when PragmaticSolutions decided that its product was ready to present to new customers. In 2018, the company officially started accepting new customers, and in 2019, it achieved GLI-19 certification, further solidifying its position as a major player in the B2B iGaming market.
They currently employs 70+ people and is headquartered in Gibraltar.

The company is currently in the process of obtaining similar certification from the Swedish Spelinspektionen and the Danish Spillemyndigheden.

Other iGaming Products
As mentioned above, the Pragmatic Solutions software platform is highly flexible due to its modular nature. Aside from RNG-based and live casino games, the PAM Content Management System can also handle sports betting, virtual sports, bingo, lottery games, and even trading. Sports betting content is supplied exclusively by Altenar, while bingo content is handled by Pragmatic Play. As explained by Mark Woolard, Business Development Director at PragmaticSolutions, many of these features aren’t currently used by big-name iGaming operators, but they have been tested by less recognizable sites with positive results.
