This is my review of Casino-X Casino.
When I was still in school, maths and equations were never really my favourites. This is despite the fact that I have always liked playing around with odds and gambling. In fact, when I was in so-called high school in Finland, I received the grades for the statistics and odds course that I took. Needless to say, I was very happy that I did! Why am I bringing up maths, though, you ask? That is because I am going to be reviewing an online casino called Casino-X in just a bit!
In maths, we often talked about the variable X. In this review, we are going to be talking about whether Casino-X has the much-needed X-factor. One would think that having been around since 2011 would be a telltale sign of this, but I will reserve judgment until I have gone through a thorough inspection.
Time to take the gloves off and start this bad boy off!
Looks and feel of Casino-X Casino
Casino-X is an interesting-looking casino. For one reason or another, I could not wrap my hands around what this casino is supposed to look like. On the homepage, you will see pictures of smiling mountains, Viking blacksmiths, circus tents, knights, baseball players, cash vaults, private investigators, and even pixies. I guess all of these have to do with all the different campaigns, tournaments, and more, but it is still all a bit overwhelming for a new customer who is trying to make sense of things.
Although Casino-X’s visuals might be all over the place, I did like the site’s crisp animations and at least somewhat user-friendly nature. More on this later!
Bonuses and rewards
To tell you the truth, I was pretty disappointed with the fact that Casino-X Casino did not have a proper campaigns section. Instead, both the welcome offer and most other bonuses were mostly only featured in the homepage carousel. The welcome offer, by the way, consisted of a 200% bonus up to 2000 plus 200 bonus spins on top.
Even though Casino-X is indeed mostly user-friendly, I seemed to have an extra hard time finding all the bonus terms and conditions. And it did not help that the actual terms and conditions section was jam-packed with information and had tons of grey text on a white background.
At first, it looked like Casino-X Casino did not have provider-based filters in place, but this changed once I clicked on the slots tab. Overall, there are over 40 game studios to choose from! The top names here include Microgaming, NetEnt, Quickspin, Play’n GO, Thunderkick, ELK Studios, Red Tiger, Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, and many more. As far as game variety goes, I do not think you could ask for a lot more than what Casino-X already offers!
The fun does not stop with slot machines either as Casino-X also boasts plenty of Evolution Gaming live casino tables and even some top-of-the-class sports betting. If you have a varied taste for all kinds of online gambling, you will undoubtedly be happy with Casino-X and its games selection!
Safety and security
Casino-X is operating under the Curacao license. For European players, this is not great, as most of us would definitely prefer seeing a Malta Gaming Authority seal of approval here. Having said that, at least this online casino has been around for about a decade, which usually stands for something when trying to measure a brand’s safety and security!
Banking options at Casino-X Casino
Customers at Casino-X are able to deposit with various online banking methods, including Visa, Skrill, American Express, Neteller, Ecopayz, Trustly, Paysafecard, wire transfer, and several cryptocurrencies.
Casino-X promises to process withdrawals within about 24 to 48 hours.
Casino-X Casino provides its members with 24/7 customer support. I tried clicking on the live help tab found on the right side of the screen and only had to wait for a few seconds to get connected. In my experience, the support agents here are rather nice and helpful, too.
My experience at Casino-X Casino
Casino-X seemed like a worthwhile online casino for those residing outside of the EU. The games collection is simply strong enough for most people to find exactly what they are looking for.
For those living in the EU, however, the lack of a European license could be a thing that is hard to overcome. Especially when it usually means less strict regulation and when the competition in the industry is fierce enough as it is.
